2. Services Offered
Bhramanan offers curated travel packages, spiritual tours, stays, resorts, and hidden gem experiences across India. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Prices mentioned are subject to change based on demand, availability, or supplier changes.
- Booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from our team.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, or any available online payment gateways.
- Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the trip unless stated otherwise.
- Any applicable taxes, service charges, or transaction fees will be disclosed prior to final payment.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the trip: 80% refund.
- Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure: No refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
- In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.), policies may be adjusted at our discretion.
7. Responsibilities of Customers
- Customers must provide accurate information during booking (name, contact details, ID proof, etc.).
- Travelers are responsible for carrying valid ID proofs and any required documents during travel.
- Customers must follow local laws, customs, and guidelines during the tour.
